Introduction to Entrepreneur Incubator

The Entrepreneur Incubator was established in 2006. In order to assist the start-up micro-enterprises, the director of Entrepreneur Incubator, consultants and teachers of our school are invited to assist them. After understanding the operating conditions, we can find resources such as human, financial and material resources according to their needs. Complete the operation plan to obtain subsidy resources, reduce the cost and risk of the initial operation of the enterprise.

National Chi Nan University (NCNU) has uncountable potential in tourism and cultural creativity due to its geographic and cultural environment. With an excellent and experienced faculty, as well as curricular support to provide students with internship opportunities, the center has nurtured many tourism and culture-related enterprises since its establishment, indirectly contributing to the development of the tourism industry in Puli and Sun Moon Lake. In addition to increasing opportunities for faculty to collaborate with industry and academia, and to promote our research and development achievements, we have also established an incubation center in the Central Taiwan Science Park, where we can interact with other schools' incubation centers and integrate resources to build a better environment for entrepreneurship cultivation.

In 2020，Entrepreneur Incubator established  LESSON+ (Learning and Empowerment center for Small-business Startup of NCNU) .It dedicated to promoting local micro-entrepreneurship and local industry innovation and development to connects local industrial development with the innovation and entrepreneurship of teachers and students

  Through the platform of the Entrepreneur Incubator, resources on and off campus are connected, such as the excellent faculty members of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality, the Tourism Association of Puli District, the Shuisha Lian Office, restaurants around Sun Moon Lake, local stores in Puli, and the establishment a Puli tourism network.

  College of Science and Technology of our school have a wide range of professional capabilities, and have developed special research in "Communication Multimedia Technology", "Nanomaterials and Optoelectronics Technology", "Disaster Prevention Technology Research", "Biomedical Technology and Analytical Technology", and "Organic Optoelectronic Materials and Components", providing both theoretical and practical research capabilities for incoming companies.
• Groups
  We have joined the TBIA Innovation Incubation Alliance, and jointly promoted the "Post-incubation Marketing Counseling Service Platform" project with Kudianzi Cultural and Creative Information Industry Co., Ltd., and cooperated with the Knowledge Service and Innovation Research Center of Yuan Ze University to promote the "Tripartite Collaboration Industry-University Counseling and Training plan".
  

【Space& Resources】

• Space
  Puli：First floor of the College of Management with free parking, it also provides showcase and conference rooms for manufacturers to use. The conference rooms are equipped with projectors, whiteboards, conference tables, etc.
  Daya District, Taichung：Fourth floor of the building. Free parking and wireless Internet are provided. Each office is equipped with air-conditioning and desks, as well as meeting rooms (projectors, whiteboards, conference tables) for manufacturers to use.
• Business support
  Guiding the writing of business plan concepts, assisting in company establishment registration or business registration, assisting in organizing product exhibitions, providing intellectual and financial professional consulting, assisting in contacting capital channels, obtaining government planning resources (awards) and assisting companies to go public.
• Technical support
  Provide enterprises stationed with software and hardware equipment such as laboratories of the Academy of Sciences, research and development results of teachers of the school, and invite teachers to assist manufacturers in developing products and technologies.
